Proximal Marking Machine |
Proximal Marking Machine Videos |
![Peri Marker](PeriMarker.gif) |
The Proximal Marking System is designed for small diameter printing applications.
Typical applications include:
Printing 360 degree Stripes on Catheters
• Printing Product Codes on Strain Reliefs
• Printing either Stripes or Words on Small diameter Plastic Parts or Tubing.
Printing can be achieved with 1 to 15
pounds of pressure. This "Light Touch" allows a greater range of
printing on diameters from .020" to .200" without deforming the
parts.
Clean Room Ready
The Proximal Marking System is truly a
dry system. The system may be used with either hot stamping foil or heat
transfer decals. There are no inks, thinners or chemicals used. All
aluminum parts are hard, anodized black and all hardware is stainless
steel. All materials contacting the printed part are either stainless
steel, silicone rubber or delrin. The pneumatics are designed to run
"dry" to eliminate the need for lubrication.
